Our artists and designers collaborated with the writers in the Cisco Smart Business Architecture (Cisco SBA) group to create technical diagrams that illustrate complicated concepts.

We helped create a standard set of icons that provides a recognizable brand across the series of guides. The branded icons also improved the usability of the guides when writers use similar configurations and terminology in visual aids.
