Microsoft Forefront Style Guide
For Forefront, we functioned mostly as an editing team for their stable of FTE writers. When a reorganization suddenly demanded additional support for four large sister products, we scaled appropriately, quickly staffing up and laying down workflow and editing infrastructure. We led the effort to unify the disparate existing doc sets.
Ultimately, we took on additional responsibilities including cross-product terminology negotiations, group scheduling, XML production, and training new FTE writers.
